Advice on Sale of Skyways Technics (Denmark)
2020
Aksio Partners acted as M&A advisor on the sale of 100% of Skyways Technics A/S to management. The complex cross-border transaction, involving Denmark, the USA, Malaysia, and Dubai, was completed in under one month and required dividend distribution in-kind and a floating charge of assets.
